Based on ESS Saber DAC  chip with separate internal power supply regulation  for digital electronics and digital to analog converter. Suitable for tube or solid state preamplifiers. Its excellent sound comes from a very precise design of the PCB layout. Inputs are fully decoupled from outputs in order to avoid ground loops.
